The work in collaboration with Prof Alessandro Concas, director of the CINSA Interdepartmental Center for Engineering and Environmental Sciences at the University of Cagliari and Prof. Nurhan Turgut Dunford of Oklahoma State University, concerns the use of 3 algal strains, particularly resistant and adaptable to the presence of hydrocarbons, for the treatment of industrial waters related to the extraction of gas and hydrocarbons from the subsoil
